He has operated in an administrative management role for many fortune 500 companies including Chase Bank and US Cellular. Ken brings a wealth of administrative knowledge to our organization. He has streamlined our internal administrative processes to insure our project managers have the required documents at the required times. His vast corporate experience in the Human Resource/Personnel function including employee policy handbook, performance appraisal, grievance procedures, discipline, policy and procedure development and implementation of same, benefits administration, payroll, position posting, screening and interviewing all candidates, temporary staffing requirements, etc.
